Terms & Conditions

1. Appointments & Booking

All appointments must be booked through our approved booking system or directly with CJ. A valid payment method may be required to secure your appointment.

Appointments are not guaranteed until confirmed.

2. Deposits

A non-refundable deposit may be required for certain services. This deposit will go toward your final service total.

Failure to pay a required deposit may result in your appointment being canceled.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24–48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made within the required time frame: deposit may be transferred to a future appointment
Late cancellations or no-shows: deposit is forfeited and may require full payment upfront for future bookings

4. Late Policy

Please arrive on time to your appointment.

If you are more than 10–15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or canceled
Full service price may still apply

5. No-Shows

Clients who fail to show up without notice will forfeit their deposit and may be restricted from booking future appointments.

6. Refunds & Satisfaction

Due to the nature of beauty services, all sales are final.

However, your satisfaction matters. If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can make reasonable adjustments.

7. Health & Safety

Clients must disclose any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to services such as:

Spray tanning
Waxing
Chemical treatments

The Beauty Bar by CJ is not responsible for reactions if this information is not provided.

8. Service Results Disclaimer

Results may vary based on:

Skin type
Hair texture
Aftercare
Lifestyle factors

We do not guarantee identical results to inspiration photos.

9. Payments

We accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, and cash.

Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

10. Right to Refuse Service

The Beauty Bar by CJ reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including, but not limited to:

Inappropriate behavior
Health or safety concerns
Repeated policy violations

11. Pricing

Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Quotes provided prior to service may vary based on final service time, product use, or customization.

12. Photography & Marketing

We may take photos/videos of services for marketing purposes (Instagram, website, etc.).

If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know before your service.

13. Liability

By receiving services, you agree that The Beauty Bar by CJ is not liable for:

Allergic reactions (if not disclosed)
Post-service care issues
Personal item loss or damage
